The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole in Wyoming is looking for a "backbone leader" to help its new Education and Family initiative "make out-of-school time more equitable, accessible, and enriching for all students and families in Teton County," according to a press release.

The leader will "Guiding, coordinating, and facilitating initiative activities," helping to establish "shared measurement and learning processes and frameworks to evaluate progress," and "Cultivating community engagement in support of the initiative's work," the release says.

The initiative, a collective impact network of more than 30 organizations in Teton County, aims to make out-of-school time "more equitable, accessible, and enriching for all students and families in Teton County," the release says.

It's a project that's been in the works since 2012, the Jackson Hole News & Guide reports.

"Over the past 12 years, Systems of Education has been supporting local working families and educators as a volunteer-driven network," says Julie O'Halloran, chair of the Community Foundation's board.

"This collective is ready to begin its next chapter, and we are confident that the addition of a dedicated staff person will help to accelerate their impact in our community."
